Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Baseball GM ("the app," "we," "us") handles information when you use the app. We've tried to keep it plain and short because there isn't much to describe — Baseball GM is a single-player game that runs on your device and collects almost nothing.
Information We Do Not Collect
Baseball GM does not require an account, does not collect your name or email address, does not track your location, does not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, and does not use analytics services to profile your behavior.
Your game saves, settings, and progress are stored entirely on your device.
Information We Do Collect
We collect the following limited technical information solely to keep the app stable and fix bugs:
- Crash reports. When the app crashes, an automated report is sent to our error-monitoring service (Sentry) containing technical details about the crash: your device model, operating system version, the app version, and the technical stack trace showing where in the code the crash occurred. These reports do not include personally identifying information and are not linked to your identity.
- Basic performance diagnostics. Similar technical information may be collected when the app experiences performance issues.
This information is used only to identify and fix bugs. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than improving the app.
Information You Choose to Send Us
If you contact us by email (for support, feedback, or bug reports), we will receive whatever information you choose to include in your message — typically your email address and a description of your issue. We use this only to respond to you and to fix the issue you reported. We do not add you to any mailing list or use your email for any other purpose.
Third-Party Services
Baseball GM uses the following third-party service:
- Sentry — for crash reporting, as described above. Sentry's privacy practices are available at sentry.io/privacy.
The App Store itself (Apple) may collect information about your purchase and app usage separately, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
Baseball GM is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from any user, this is naturally the case.
Your Rights
Because we collect almost no data, most privacy rights (access, correction, portability) are not applicable — there is nothing about you on our servers. If you wish to have any crash reports associated with your device deleted from Sentry, or if you'd like us to delete any support correspondence you've sent, email us at the address below and we'll do so promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll post the revised version at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
